Your character wake up in a meme, burying their face in their hands and groaning because 'not again!' Or they can go on a bloody rampage. Maybe they wake up in a frilly pink dress, or with cat ears. They could suddenly have been doused with a truth serum that makes them answer everyone truthfully.
